CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations received before April 13th, 2015 will be fully refunded. From April 14th to May 4th a 50% refund will be granted. Cancellations received after May 4th and no-shows will be non-refundable. Substitutions from the same company are acceptable at any time.
